Die IG e.V. bittet auf die Alp

Die neue Honda Dax und Monkey Interessengemeinschaft e.V., kurz IG e.V, und nicht zu verwechseln mit der “aufgelösten” IG, veranstaltet das erste Mal ein Treffen, zu dem die IG e.V. alle Interessierten einlädt.
Wir veranstalten vom 3. – 5. Juli 2009 ein Treffen auf der schwäbischen Alb in 73344 Gruibingen zwischen Stuttgart und Ulm. Campingmöglichkeiten, Strom und sanitäre Anlagen sind reichlich vorhanden, es wird schöne Ausfahrten geben und die gute Laune bringt Ihr mit!
Es handelt sich um einen vom Ort etwas abgelegenen Campingplatz! Eine kleine Wirtschaft, sanitäre Einrichtungen und Stromanschlüsse sind vorhanden! Für das Wochenende beträgt der Unkostenbeitrag für nicht Gewerbetreibende 18,00 Euro pro Person. Händler melden sich bitte separat an, falls nicht schon geschehen. Stromanschlüsse sind vorhanden. Die Abrechnung erfolgt direkt über den Betreiber des Campingplatzes.
Bei der Anreise kann ein leckeres Frühstück für den Samstag und/oder Sonntag vorbestellt werden. Die Bewirtung erfolgt über den Betreiber des Campingplatzes Ein Imbiss- und ein Getränkestand werden uns auf dem Platz mit leckeren Hähnchen, Würstchen, Pommes, Getränken etc. versorgen. Selbstverständlich kann auch jeder selbst für sein leibliches Wohl sorgen.
Ab Freitagnachmittag finden in regelmäßigen Abständen geführte Ausfahrten über die Alb statt. Von uns werden unterschiedliche Touren angeboten, welche nach Bedarf in verschiedene Leistungsklassen aufgeteilt werden. Die Touren werden sich in der Strecke, gefahrene Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit und in der Länge unterscheiden, somit ist für jedes Bike eine/oder viele passende Ausfahrten mit dabei. Damit wir auch Spaß am Fahren haben werden, bestehen die Gruppen aus maximal 24 Teilnehmern und dem Roadkäptn.
Die Platzbetreiber sind sehr nett und selbst Motorradfans. Sie freuen sich auf uns! Hunde sind erlaubt. Da es sich um einen Campingplatz handelt, kann selbstverständlich auch früher angereist oder länger geblieben werden. Bei Interesse bitte eine Mail an das Organisationsteam (siehe unten) – wir werden dann die Preise erfragen. Um den Überblick zu behalten und den Aufwand einschätzen zu können, bitten wir Euch um Anmeldung. Natürlich ist diese unverbindlich!
Eine Anreise zum IG e.V. Treffen in Gruibingen ist Freitag den 3. Juli 2009, ab 10 Uhr möglich.
