Wiederaufbau 12 V Motor AB22

Beeskow (onlydax)Im Frühjahr 2009 habe ich quasi per Zufall einen gebrauchten, bis auf die letzte Schraube zerlegten und teilweise defekten 12 V Honda Motor mit der Typ-Bezeichnung bei E-Bay ersteigert. Die Bezeichnung AB22 wurde bei den Honda ZB verwandet, dieser Motor hat also eine Schaltung die nach unten geht: 0-1-2-3. Nach der bezahlung kam dann ein paar Tage später ein recht schweres Paket bei mir an – und enthielt alles, was das Schrauberherz höher schlagen und die Knie des Amateurs weich werden ließ. Einen völliig zerlegten Motor wieder aufzubauen hieß fortan die Aufgabe.
Zylinderkopf
Gereinigter und polierter Zylinderkopf eines AB22 Motor im Original-Zustand für 49 ccm. Baujahr des Motor ca. 1992 – 93. Anklicken der Bilder führt zu grossen Abbildungen.

Der Zylinderkopf wurde zerlegt, d.h. die Nockenwelle sowie das Rad entnommen, dann verschlossen und mit Glasperlen gestrahlt. Nach einer gründlichen Reinigung poliert. Aufgrund der vielen Ecken und Kanten ist ein Polieren mit der Scheibe relativ schwierig und aufwendig. Man muß auch darauf achten, die Schnittstellen zu Abdeckungen wie Nockenwelle nicht zu polieren um Dichtungsprobleme zu vermeiden. Ein weiteres Polieren mit einem Handbohrer bzw. Schleifer wie Dremel und kleinen Polieraufsätzen für die Zwischenräume ist möglich.
