Aktuell wird viel diskutiert über neue Motoren und neue Motoren-Konzepte. Leistung, Drehmoment und Hubraum sind nur ein paar Fakten, die zählen – dazu kommen die Verarbeitungsqualität, Versorgung mit Ersatzteilen und neben der möglichen Bezugsquelle natürlich auch der jeweilige Preis. Diese Reihe wollen wir beginnen mit einem aktuell in der Szene eher als Aussenseiter angesehenen Motor, der aber nach Rücksprache mit bekannten Tunern durchaus das Potential zum Hit hat.
Der Daytona 150 ccm Motor, wie er bei den Pitbikern schon länger mit grossem Erfolg eingesetzt wird, erobert langsam die Honda Dax & Monkey-Szene. Mit der bekannten, standardmäßig verbauten Rennzündung und abgestimmten Keihin Vergaser soll er 18 PS direkt aus dem Karton bringen. Da ist man doch gespannt, was da noch geht…

Der Daytona Motor wird zur Zeit bei verschiedenen Händler für knapp unter 1.000 Euro angeboten. Dafür erhält der Freund großvolumiger Motoren einen optisch ansprechenden Motor, dessen Zylinderkopf sich im Design ein wenig an den Yoshimura anlehnt. Wie sich die Leistung auf der Strasse darstellt und unsere Fragen zur Verarbeitung, werden wir in Kürze hier beantworten.
hallo mein name ist ahmad naja ich habe intresse vom motor wieviel ps hat der motor und kannst du mir getriebe mit 5 gang einbauen und wieviel wirt es mich kosten ich brauche das für export was ist das für ein motor aus china oder japan ich bitte um rück mail

Die neuen Daytona Motoren sind auf der Intermot zu sehn 190 ccm sowie 150 mit Komprssor !
Bin den Motor 2010 in Berlin gefahren , allerdings hatte der Motor (Von Tams ) ein Original Honda Polrad und die Honda Zündung drauf , mit einem 26mm Mikuni Vergaser .
Geht in jedem Gang sehr gut ab.
War so begeistert das ich mir gleich einen Motor bestellt habe , nur habe ich den mit der Daytona Zündung , dem kleinen polrad und einen Regler von Elekrtolurch .
Damit habe ich genug Licht und Strom für die Batterie.
Allerdings habe ich noch nicht den richtigen Vergaser drauf .
Aber ich werde mir einen von Klaus Dammermann bestellen, denn der ist sicherlich 100% auf diesen Motor abgestimmt.
